Like most things happening, i usually find out about this kind of thing only once it has happened. This was not the case however, i just managed to catch the last day.

In association with Serco and the AOI, The London Transport Museum was showcasing the illustrations of various artists with work that relates to cycling in our capital.

Apart from the winners.

A few also stuck out at me inlcuing work by the following artists.

Kevin Ward
Alex Bitskoff

Lots of good work by a range of different artists. I also got to see the transport museum. Great if you like buses and trains, though i was really hoping for a few more cycling displays and some bike parking outside. But hey ho, what you going to do..

It is true what they say, it really is the friendliest track league.
Having never raced on the track before, im pretty happy with my 12th position out of 32.
Any one that wants to get into track racing should deffinately get down there next April. It is a lot of fun. Even if you aren;t after the points, it is such a great atmosphere. Be it racing with the seniors or watching the youths.

Last night we rode the Lewes-Nutley-Scaynes Hill. 35Miles and extremelly hilly. Lots of nice climbs both short and long. Plus some truly awesome descents. Especially the one coming through Chelwood Gate towards Danehill. I clocked 40mph just rolling!

Next tuesday we will be picking another route.
